~Bill: Store prices are generally cheaper than HD Supply Solutions but next day delivery is hard to beat. Be very cautious when making a Special Order. HD Supply's price was $*** higher than the manufacturer's price! HD Supply said they had to go through a "Supplier" and not buy directly from the manufacturer. Glad that I checked before ordering thought HD Supply on this special order.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HD Supply. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HD Supply problem?
~Bill: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bill: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HD Supply's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bill: For that I would say three out of five.
