GetHuman-317982: I have called HGTV five or six times since September. I was at my daughters home for two weeks. We picked up a HGTV magazine in the market, and decided we both would like a subscription. We watch the TV shows whenever we can. I filled out the card, from the magazine, including my Daughter with a gift subscription. My daughter received a magazine in October, but I did not. I called HGTV, and they sent me a bill. The bill was for $**.**, I paid it. Right after that, I received November, and two more magazines, and My daughter's magazines stopped. I called HGTV again, to explain that we both wanted the magazine, and was told I would receive another $**.** bill, and as soon as they received the payment, they would resume my daughters subscription. I immediately paid the $**.**, My daughter has not received her magazines. I am seriously thinking about cancelling everything. It's just not worth all the phone calls.
