~Anonymous: ** minutes and still waiting, ridiculous music and the women who kept thanking me for waiting got more and more annoying as the time ticked by. Felt my life wasting away with every aggravating chime. ridiculous scheme to rob people of money to fund the mistakes they have made

~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HMRC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HMRC to know who you are.
