~Anon: Awful. Was told they only deal with individuals, not companies and gave me a 'general company helpline' I rang it and it turned out to be Companies House. Scary lack of basic knowledge. Rang back same number straight after, gave same responses to auto, another ** min wait but got the info I needed (or at least was told they would be dealing with it in * weeks!)

~Anon: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anon: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HMRC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anon: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HMRC customers?
~Anon: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HMRC to know who you are.
