~Carol: I was informed by the automated reply that this number was not meant for enquiries from the UK and was advised to phone **** *** **** which is the one I had been using before giving up after ** mins

~Carol: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Carol: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HMRC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Carol: For that I would say five out of five.

~Carol: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HMRC to know who you are.
