~PaddyJPG: The wait for the call was a pain. However, the service that I received was excellent. The gentleman was proactive and very patient. It felt like he was going above and beyond to help me out receiving my tax refund and changing my tax code. He sent out a check through the post to arrive within the next week. Stick on the phone, even though it's a long wait as you'll receive great service (phoned at **:** weekday)
