GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-lydiamar: Been on the phone for * hours and no answer, trying to apply for tax rebate as I am ** and only have a part time job while I'm at college and have been charged for tax, i have tried to apply online but was not verified because I don't have a mortgage or any of the things on the list, I then made a post office account to try a verify but this didn't work either and then I tried to contact post office and that didn't work either, I am being taken round in circles on the website and would actually just like some help.

GetHuman-lydiamar: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-lydiamar: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HMRC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-lydiamar: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HMRC customers?
GetHuman-lydiamar: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HMRC to know who you are.
