GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HP customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Ganesh Narayan: Extremely disappointed with the service and what was sold to me was based on misleading facts . The person who sold me the total care pack from India did not mention that post recovery any data transfer wil not be covered under the service plan . Also, she never came back on the issue or emailed me on the issue and kept me waiting until I called back . This is not expected of HP and would like to raise a formal complaint and have the entire amount paid for the service plan refunded

~Ganesh Narayan: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ganesh Narayan: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ganesh Narayan: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~Ganesh Narayan: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
