~No more HP in my future: The guy didn't understand what I was asking, couldn't get the concept - even though I was asking about the use of an HP product. His supervisor was no better.

~No more HP in my future: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~No more HP in my future: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~No more HP in my future: For that I would say five out of five.
