~Elizabeth Abshire: HORRIBLE TECH SUPPORT ISSUES! Barely Understandable Phone agents and Supervisors!!! With NO RESULTS! The HP PC has cost me $$$ & Valuable time not to mention ALL of anything I downloaded Program wise TWICE NOW!!! Seriously?!?! If this is Quality, the word should have a TOTALLY DIFFERENT DEFINITION N THE DICTIONARY!!!

~Elizabeth Abshire: For that I would say three out of five.
