~SARG: OMG! Horrible I have a customer care program and they still wont help me! My printer was working but wouldnt align. Two techs had me do stuff that got ink all over me and then my printer wouldnt even print. Now they want me to buy two new Ink Printerheads for $**.** each, but they aren't ***% sure that will handle the problem! Yikes! They also forgot about the **% discount they promised. I will never buy HP products again with this type of service......

~SARG: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SARG: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SARG: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~SARG: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
