~TheTelford3: On **** I posted a complaint regarding my C*** Photosmart Printer. On **** I rec'd a call from "Art" @ *-***-***-**** ext. **. Discussed problem with him, told him I was fed up with HP and with the printer--It was junk. Art told me he could send me, via e-mail, an E-Coupon for $*** which I could use online to purchase another computer. Art was so nice and I appreciated him calling so much that I decided to take him up on the offer and buy another HP printer. He said he could have the coupon sent to my e-mail in about a half hour. I waited all day but no coupon. This is Monday, I have checked my e-mail and nothing is there. I called the phone * Art gave me and held on for ** min then hung up. I read some (many) reports of complaints about this number and I Now believe it is a scam. So, since I need a printer and am going shopping for anything but a HP.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HP. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HP problem?
~TheTelford3: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~TheTelford3: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TheTelford3: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~TheTelford3: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
