~amabanda: I spoke to a guy in India who was reluctant to help me figure out the problem. The line dropped before I was satisfied. I finally found a good third party explanation on youtube on how to clean the print head. But the problem of printhead failure persists. The print head is only six months old and I have changed one cartridge since installing the new one. I need to speak to a manager here in the US. *****@***.com

~amabanda: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~amabanda: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~amabanda: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~amabanda: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
