~TheDarkPhoenix: I gotta admit this was very helpful because I couldn't find out how to speak to contact HP. With all the stuff the agent had to do to correct the errors on my computer there is NO WAY the forums would have been able to help me with the corrections. I needed a live person*agent who took * hour to fix the issue. HP really should have made it easier to contact an actual person
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HP. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HP problem?
~TheDarkPhoenix: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~TheDarkPhoenix: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TheDarkPhoenix: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~TheDarkPhoenix: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
