GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HP customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~J: While I applaud GetHuman.com for providing this number and therefore an expedient method of speaking to an agent, sadly hp falls very short with its customer service. **My agent barely spoke english, he had a very thick middle eastern accent and it was difficult to understand him and he made me repeat myself several times. **Furthermore, I actually work in tech support, and the agent with whom I spoke did not seem to know much about the product. Every time I asked a troubleshooting question, I was put on hold while he "retrieved" the answer (mostly the wrong answer) from what I assume is some CST manual. His terminology was unprofessional, his experience was nonexistent, and he was unable to tell me anything I didn't already know. **I have to give hp customer service a stark thumbs down. Employ agents who know tech support!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HP. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HP problem?
~J: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~J: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~J: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~J: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
