GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HP customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Martha Reed: I returned a printer to Walmart which I was told to do by one of your techs yesterday.*Another tech named Ed also told me to return it since it was under warranty ( a two year one). Walmart would not refund it since I had not returned it in ** days. I tried calling the number on the Walmart receipt since they said I had to deal with HP. I was talking with someone - the second of two and I got cut off. They had my number so I expected them to call me back. They did not !!! What kind of customer service do you call the run around I have gotten. Terrible at this point ! I guess my next step is to call the Better Business Bureau. ~Martha Reed: For that I would say five out of five.

~Martha Reed: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
