~Zach Trevors: Pretty much what I expect from any big company and their customer service, but it's just simply ridiculous that it took me over an HOUR to order a single part for my laptop, I just needed a new charger and no employee was capable enough to correctly transfer me to the parts department, every person I spoke to it was obvious english wasn't their first language
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HP. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HP problem?
~Zach Trevors: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Zach Trevors: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Zach Trevors: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~Zach Trevors: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
