~Pox on Fences: Tried to navigate website to make address correction for my purchase (not shipped yet). Impossible to find order status or a way to contact HP. *In desperation, not wanting to repeat earlier attempts to get caught in voice jail, I used this number and got through quickly. (Under * minutes - a Modern Miracle!)*Signed: fences don't block me....usually :)
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HP. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HP problem?
~Pox on Fences: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Pox on Fences: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Pox on Fences: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~Pox on Fences: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
