~sparko: Every time I try and use the online customer support they send me an email something like **"Unfortunately, we are unable to handle your request through email* therefore, *it is necessary for you to contact one of our Customer Service representatives*at the phone number on the back of your credit card so that we may further *assist you with your concerns.**We regret any inconvenience caused by this matter." ***If I wanted to talk to them on the phone, I would have done that instead of filling out the customer service form on their website.

~sparko: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
