~Lets get it: i was very surprised to be able to get a person so quickly. i needed to be put on hold several more times during the resolution of my issue, but it only took * minutes to get a person. Was expecting much worse due to the other reviews but was pleasantly surprised. I am frustrated that there are many things that need to be done in person at the branch all the way in new york, when they could easily be done over the phone when I provide the proper identification
