~joje: New security device they sent me didn't work. They couldn't close my account out when requested after spending ** hours fooling around w*several different depts. Will need to spend even more time getting a new device and call and wait. Waiting time was not bad *st time, but they are hard to understand at times and waiting for various transfers to different depts. really adds up!!!
