~Patrick: A person does not respond for customer service. If you are not ordering something they do not want you bothering their order staff. There customer service is too busy to respond. Without an Order number the automated system has no information. I have been given only a Web reference number, the Order Number was listed as "Pending" even after ** days. My credit card was debited immediately. Perhaps they make their money keeping their customer's money a week or so until their customer cancels their order.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Haband. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Haband problem?
~Patrick: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Patrick: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Haband's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Patrick: For that I would say one out of five.

~Patrick: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Haband to know who you are.
