~whocares: Debra knew we were upset & kept talking over me when I was trying to talk. She remained calm but could tell she didn't give a care as to how we felt about Haband or our experience, no compassion for customer service or her job. My Mother ordered shoes and they didn't have it in stock so sent her another pair which she didn't like. Suggestion to relieve frustration of customer. Send package to customer to be able to return at no cost instead of crediting account. Also, said they didn't have record of original bill only advertisement, interesting for auditing purposes. Deceiving - wouldn't suggest. After talking w*others heard of similar bad experiences.
