~Just Me ~: I have never written a review before but I have to comment on this company. If you are thinking about ordering DON'T DO IT! There is not a single thing about this company that is good. Slow sending merchandise, backorders and if you cancel your order it takes three weeks to get your refund * they had "no problems" cashing our check the day they received it. I shouldn't have to wait for three weeks to receive my money back.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Haband. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Haband problem?
~Just Me ~: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Just Me ~: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Haband's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Just Me ~: For that I would say five out of five.

~Just Me ~: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Haband to know who you are.
