~dyanne2: I bought a new Haier washing machine and found * huge dents in it upon unpacking it. There is also a hose leak.**I registered the product for the warranty, and when I tried to call I got a recording telling me to call * *** *** ****, and was told that I would be charged $*.** a minute for the call. **I tired again, went through their voice prompts and when I hit * for 'consumer' I was promptly hung up on. **I will tell EVERYONE that I can to never deal with this company. **My next step is looking into contacting the state attorney general.
