~MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!: I have had my washer for less than a year with a year warranty. I have been calling and talking to different people and each one of them explains the same thing to me* that they are working on finding someone to come out and fix it. Each week I call to see if they have made any progress, and its always the same answer. This has been going on for * maybe * weeks now and I still have gotten nowhere.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Haier Appliances. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Haier Appliances problem?
~MAD!!!!!!!!!!!!: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
