~SaEofDoom: Our company purchased a Haier kegerator, and it worked for a month before malfunctioning. I've been trying for * weeks to get someone to check it out, and Haier keeps saying they are looking for a service person (apparently no one in the large city of Seattle can fix a kegerator, basically a mini-refrigerator). When I asked how long they search until they give up and replace the kegerator or what other options I have, the woman curtly told me she can't comment on that, nor can I talk directly to the service team who makes those decisions. They're intentionally very vague and I'm ready to flip out on them -- check out their F grade through Better Business Bureau!
