~$200 worth of spoiled food: chest freezer broke almost a year ago, still not fixed. i registered the product but they still force you to produce a receipt. after some hunting i was finally able to track down the receipt. by then their local servicer wont touch their product. now i've been waiting for over a month. when i spoke to jessica she said that i should have received a free unit. i'm sueing. one year i've owned it, and it broke within the first month. still not fixed. DON'T BUY HAIER!!!!!!!
