GetHuman-jokay47: Rantoul, IL Hardees needs help. The manager is not doing a good job.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-jokay47: This Hardees was out of biscuits by a little after nine AM. People were angry and a few walked out and went to McDonalds. They are so slow too. The coffee seems to seldom be hot, and there is more. The service is really slow, due to the lack of help. The shame is, I like the food there but the place needs to be looked at by the head office, and changes need to be made. Also the women's rest rooms are always out of hand towels and the blower doesn't work. I could go on, but you need to get this inspected and taken care of. I am not the only customer who disappointed in this Hardees. Please help us and get this back to the fine place it once was. We like Hardees so much better than McDonalds, and we want to keep it here, but not the way it is now.

GetHuman-jokay47: For that I would say two out of five.
