~Michael: Nothing on the pulldown menu for "**** service"*"know nothing" **As there was no "*" option, only *-*. I selected option to purchase parts.**My HK turntable's tone arm is too light to support the Denon cartridge. I've seen extra heavy counterweights offered by other table manufacturers. Woman who answered asked me if a turntable was "a digital product." When I explained to her what a turntable was, she said that they don't support them, only multimedia.
