~Fannie: Come on Hartford Courant! You are better than this. We pay good money for your newspaper. We have been loyal for GENERATIONS! We do not want to call the Philippines. We do not want to give our credit card numbers out to people in the Philippines. Are you really saving that much money sourcing out your customer service jobs? Get real, pay local folks to answer your phones & stop this insanity. I'd rather pay an extra ** cents or whatever you need to support our local job seekers. I'm disgusted & will not be renewing my subscription until this changes.
