~PissedOffCstomer: I've responded to their requests * times to provide proof of income, I sent the documents certified with a return receipt every time, they send the exact same letter every time, I send the same information every time. I record my phone calls to them. I'm compiling all the information proving the incompetence of the system to bring to congress and testify.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HealthCare.gov. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HealthCare.gov problem?
~PissedOffCstomer: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PissedOffCstomer: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HealthCare.gov's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PissedOffCstomer: For that I would say three out of five.

~PissedOffCstomer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HealthCare.gov to know who you are.
