GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-kmweisbe: Edwin from customer service is the worst person I have ever dealt with. He got on a personal level telling me my misprint was not a big deal because they are just college graduation announcements and doesn't matter if they get shipped out * weeks before the ceremony or not. He has no place to say that, and isn't the customer supposed to always be right. After countless hours waiting, my husband had to get a hold of you again to cancel my order and he went on to say the same things to him about my account. In addition he said he would refund my initial shipping fee and only look into refunding anything else. It had been well over a month from my initial purchase. He was very rude and not very helpful as I am a teacher and was trying to take care of this in a timely manner during my day during my lesson. He had no sense of respect or time for anyone else but himself. He should NOT be working as a customer service rep, and I would be disappointed if nothing happened to him because of this misconduct. The second woman I had talked to was extremely helpful and warm. She took care of my refund and was very respectful, helped me, and understood I was on a time crunch. She went on to apologize for Edwin's rude behavior and was very respectful. If I would have dealt with her in the first place I would not have been taking my business elsewhere.
