~pperson: No help whatsoever. I left an electronic in the back of the car and the local rental office does NOT answer the phone. Customer service doesn't work on Sunday and the main office in Oklahoma is incapable of contacting anyone to offer assistant. Side bar - I paid the extra $$ for roadside assistance and learned through this experience that the phone wait time when you call them for help is almost ** minutes! some assistance. Will NEVER use Hertz again if this is an example of how they help their public.
