~Kris: Worst customer service experience possible. Supervisor was supposed to return my call in **-** hours, returned it ** days later, while I was on phone with Hertz! Gave my boss a damaged vehicle with NO RADIO in ****!! Took a whopping $** off a luxury vehicle rate. PATHETIC COMPANY. We are pulling * corporate accounts from them.
