~Sherrishera: If not for *rd party consumer advocates my complaints would be on deaf ears. Waited forever, double booked my car, shuffled me from car to car resulting in iPhone loss*theft (which was noted moments after happening before leaving the lot). When I finally have the opportunity to speak with cust service they reject reimbursing me for said iPhone (*, brand new), instead offer me a small discount on a FUTURE rental. Obviously, if they don't take responsibility for this I would never consider using Hertz again. There is a good chance that I wouldn't use their services anyway considering the nightmare & expense they have caused me.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hertz. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hertz problem?
~Sherrishera: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sherrishera: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hertz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sherrishera: For that I would say one out of five.

~Sherrishera: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hertz to know who you are.
