~Swift Arrow: Needed to change my booking to another day. First customer rep said teh change pushed the cost up to * times the original amount. After asking to be transferred to special services, they said the same thing, but then got a manual override.

~Swift Arrow: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Swift Arrow: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
