~shig: We wished to see a rental agreement in English in advance of our international trip to understand the terms. We were told that Hertz could not provide us with one until the time of the rental.

~shig: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~shig: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hertz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~shig: For that I would say five out of five.
