~Nicole: Hello on *-**-**, I had to return my car rental to switch the car out due to the fact that the car charger didnt work. In Humble ,Tx THe Rep name is Jacob. & I explain to Jacob I was totally inconvient could u up grade the vechile he said yes for $**.** a day. I said no I thought it would be complentry due to the inconvients of my phone falling dead while going out of town. He told me I would have to go back to the other hertz on south loop in houston,tx. I said well this is hertz whats the differenceand the other location is close. He refuse and told me flat out "*I DONT WANT TOO"*! He wasn't professional or understanding I wasn't accomadated like I should have been I spend money with u all often and just wanted to be treated fairly and Jacob at the humble tx location didn't care and clearly state it when he told me "No I DON'T WANT TOO".
