~Devo: Wanted to use gold points for * day weekend. Bought extra points to round it up to ****. ( that used to get a free week now only * days ). Rep had trouble doing the Friday-Tuesday could only get computer to do Thursday to Monday. She said she would have IT guys fix it in a few hours. Reservation was made for * weeks prior to actual requested date by mistake. So now, no car and no points. * hours on phone I'm out $*** and now I find out car they were going to give me for my $*,*** worth of points had **k miles and was two years old. If I want a fresh one, same model, I have to pay $*** per day!!!

~Devo: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Devo: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hertz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Devo: For that I would say five out of five.
