GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-bmblauve: I recently rented a car from Hertz for * days to go see my father for Father's day while in Florida my father took ill and passed away this made me have to extend my rental time I called the Hertz agent and he said no problem I will give you the same daily rate which was $** he also said he would wave airport drop-off charges my bill for ** days should have been *** to $*** or so I received a bill from Hertz for $*** I have called many times and they refused to help me thanks for nothing
