~Anon's review of HigherOne customer service
GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HigherOne customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anon: If you like paying fees for EVERY transaction you make, then by all means, use their card. Otherwise, have your refund directed to your personal bank account or request a paper check. You are NOT forced to use them for your banking provider! I contacted them regarding a fee (imagine that?!) for an "international transaction", waited on hold ** mins and was disconnected. I was not aware that a company in Illinois was considered "international". All I see is a company blatantly and obviously taking advantage of the fact that many college students don't pay attention to anything other than their current balance available.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HigherOne. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HigherOne problem?
~Anon: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anon: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HigherOne's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anon: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HigherOne customers?
~Anon: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HigherOne to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Anon taken from his HigherOne customer service problem that occurred on November 1st, 2017.
