GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HigherOne customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~ginamaywho: This company was forced to pay fines in July **** for scamming college students out of millions for excessive fees. Nothing has changed and I do not understand why they are allowed to continue with their unethical business practices. They charged me for $*** for a bill I had already paid in full a week prior. When I complained they told me send proof, which I did. They still refused to to refund the fees! There was absolutely NOTHING I could do and was forced to pay the fees because in their response to me I was told to pay it or risk further fees!! THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL! It is fraudulent and unnacceptable. I know their stock is plummeting and I can only hope they are forced out of business when higher ed institutions see the light and stop forcing this horrible company on their students!!!!!!!!!!!!!
