GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HigherOne customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-elom632: This company does not care about the customer. Once they have your money they feel that they can hold on to it indefinitely while they give you every excuse as to why they are not releasing the money. In my case it is a refund from financial aid. It states clearly on their web page that they will release these funds on the day they receive them. Well it has been eight days now and they still have not released the refund. The customer service is useless. All but one of the customer service people I spoke to seem to be chinese (nothing against chinese people). One lady did not know the difference between a birth certificate and birth control. Shocking!!!! As soon as I get my money I will close my account with them and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same. Really, really poor customer service. The worst customer service that I have ever seen.

GetHuman-elom632: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-elom632: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HigherOne's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-elom632: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HigherOne customers?
GetHuman-elom632: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HigherOne to know who you are.
