GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HigherOne customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Mommy5189: Higher one *****! They have this new mobile deposit I try to deposit my checks on there and they kick them back claiming they are altered and I need to mail them in which takes days to post to account and for them to get it. But when they get it they deposit them. Why is it you have a mobile deposit service and can't have it up to standards to accept deposits. Makes no sense to me they are a joke and the sad thing is it is one representative that is always rejecting my deposits and others who review them and post them. I have called and filed a complaint thinking for some reason this one employee just does not know what she is doing and is just constantly rejecting and turning people away from their service. The management takes her side and says I am not depositing something the right way, apparently it is not the representative that is doing anything wrong it is me. Really? How can you report this bank to better business bureau or something?
