~Veronica Ventura: I was on the phone with a supervisor she had me on the phone for two hours. I am really frustrated. I didnt get the answers I needed to hear regards my fund. I kept sending her a fax of my informmtion more than four times. First big then smaller then she stated she wanted it darker then lighter??
