GetHuman-371118: when they pick the phone they don't help customer to the details to activate my card I took to me above three weeks. I am tired now My card is simply in my wallet. I put all my email and pass world correctly to activate, it simply says wrong pass word. It is not the right response I made a mistake but they want to verify my identity. So it is weird look the difference it says wrong pass word but they want to verify my identity. so how,,,,,,,,,?
