~kc72764: They ****......told me they had a flood.....they are in a drought....took my money and still its ** days later and my order still hasn't shipped. I left a message for a supervisor and * hours later still haven't received a call....Now on hold again for who knows how long. Worst place ever.

~kc72764: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HobbyTron's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kc72764: For that I would say one out of five.
