~ConnieG: This company has the worse customer service in this country. We made SEVERAL attempts to contact customer service, leaving voice messages and making several calls but to no avail, no one ever returned our calls and when I finally got thru to someone they forwarded me to another line only to sit on hold for ** minutes and get disconnected. It's as if they only have * employees working for them, one that FINALLY acknowledges your call and the other that's clearly on a lengthy call. Never mind the number of disconnects and redials. And, you have to call THEM back and wait yet another *** hour before starting over. You would think that once you made a connection and actually spoke with a sales rep and they had your account number that they would call YOU back because you were disconnected, but no... you have to start all over again. They need some serious competition and I think I have just the right investor's in mind. Look out Home Away*VRBO.
