~john: I purchased a gift certificate that expired in * months. It wasn't on the fine print. It was somewhere on their website. Simply asked for a refund or credit. They rudely said no. I also previously emailed trying to get assistance and they were rude! I'm starting to hear from others how bad they are. I will NEVER use this service again no matter how good the offer. They simply ****!
